Welcome to the Nature Society (Singapore)'s Butterfly Interest Group's (BIG) website. 

The Butterfly Interest Group conducts regular butterfly walks at Parks and Nature Reserves.  In addition, we observe, study, photograph and document the butterflies of Singapore.

Our activities are published in the Nature Society (Singapore) 's Nature News newsletter and in this site.   
This web site is set up to extend our reach and interaction with butterflies enthusiasts, especially those who are unable to participate in our outings. 

Through this site, we will bring you the latest on our activities, share with you facts and figures about Singapore butterflies, entice you with the colourful photos of butterflies and report our findings from our butterfly walks.  In addition, we will be holding a regular Quiz to challenge your butterfly knowledge.
