SIGHTING!!
THE AUTUMN LEAF IS IN
SINGAPORE
The Butterfly Watching & Research (BWR) Group was on a walk
on 16 October 1999 at the Bukit Timah Cycling Trail when we saw this butterfly.
The Autumn Leaf (Doleschallia bisaltide partipa) had not been recorded here
before (to my knowledge). We saw two specimen at two different locations.
Let's hope this beautiful butterfly will make Singapore its new home. :)
